- It's best to take it at the onset of cold and flu symptoms. Common times of exposure to bacteria include daycare, school, winter cold and flu season, or when a family member is sick.
- Children aged 2-4 years: 7.5 ml once daily; children aged 5-9 years: 10 ml once daily; children aged 10-12 years: 15 ml once daily. Shake well before use.
- Not suitable for infants under 12 months. Children under 2 years of age should not use without consulting a doctor.
